1. Assumption of Risk: Deck The Door Decor products are designed to provide protection and functionality when installed and used according to provided instructions. Users assume all risks associated with improper installation, use, or modification of the product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or injury to pets.

2. Installation Responsibility: Installation of Deck The Door Decor products requires adherence to the intended use and installation of the product, available with product packaging or on our website Installation Page. Deck The Door Decor is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from failure to follow these instructions or from using tools or methods not recommended by the manufacturer.

3. Product Limitations: While our products are crafted with safety and durability in mind (e.g., anodized aluminum construction), they are not guaranteed to prevent all damage or injury. Given the nature of hand-made products being manufactured at scale, imperfections can get past our Quality Control Protocol. Users are advised to inspect the product for sharp edges or defects before use and report issues to support@deckthedoordecor.com. 

4. No Warranty Implied: Deck The Door Decor provides no express or implied warranties beyond those stated at the time of purchase. Liability for consequential damages is expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Though our products are designed to absorb damage, they are not damage-proof. They are intended to be permanently installed (in most cases), so removal of the products can leave damage to door finishes (IE painted doors) in certain instances.
